Watch alpaca shearing at KeLe Alpacas on May 16, 2009 from 9 am to 4 p.m.. Three shearing tables will be in operation. See the alpacas being prepared for shearing, shorn and their fiber sorted for processing. An ‘Alpaca to Apparel Project’ will process the first fleece of the day from the animal to a finished project.
